If you want a healthy and beautifully glowing skin, you certainly need to introduce healthy foods within your diet as well. If you are healthy in the inside, you will be radiant on the outside as well. An anti aging diet supposes introducing some of the following foods in your diet:

  • Tomatoes- have a high content of lycopene, which help protect your skin from the harmful UV rays, winter or summer. You should keep in mind that the UV rays can have a negative impact on your skin not only during the hot summer, but also when you are out skiing during winter time. The sun may provoke damages to your skin, and wrinkles may easily appear. Therefore, in addition to using a good wrinkle cream, you should also eat plenty of tomatoes that help you from the inside.
  • Spinach- not quite a favorite food for many of you, but there are plenty of ways you can eat spinach- in a salad for example. Just imagine it is green salad you are eating, season it properly and eat it because it is very healthy for your skin. Vitamin K and calcium are two of the most ingredients in spinach, which help not only with skin regeneration, but also with osteoporosis. Spinach can be added to your soup, and even to your pasta as a side dish, spiced up with olive oil and lemon.
  • Curry- is a spice which is extremely rich in curcumin, which is a natural antioxidant. If you are not an adherent of Indian food (where curry is sometimes used exaggeratedly), you can simply add curry to your pasta, soups, rice dishes or even to couscous. Just make sure to make acquaintance with this anti aging spice, and you’ll see that it has plenty of positive results on the health of your skin.

  • Dark chocolate- the dark chocolate is the healthiest among chocolates. The higher the content of rich cocoa, the higher the content of antioxidants which are so important to your health. As you may already know, there are dark chocolates that may contain 50% cocoa, 60%, and even 90% cocoa, which is the richest in these antioxidants. If you eat three times per week a few tiny pieces of real dark chocolate that means you are adding more antioxidants to your diet. Just pick a favorite brand, and introduce dark chocolate to your regular diet.

  • Almonds- highly rich in Vitamin E, which is very important for your skin. Eat one handful of almonds as snack three times per week, and you will give your system the E vitamin that it needs. Why take vitamin pills of vitamin E, which are synthetic supplements, when you can extract the precious vitamin from natural foods?

Having an anti aging diet, combined with taking care of your skin with a few good synthetic cosmetic products (creams, gels, special foams, etc.) will definitely help you stay and feel young.  Just choose as many natural foods rich in antioxidants and important vitamins as possible!
